Deal Flow. Our quarterly publication has a

SUBMISSION
PROCEDURE
- Write a two
page Executive Summary for your company or business
venture (including financial projections) and classify it
by industry, region, capital required and stage of
development. This document will be placed on our web site.
Do not include contact information in this document. Your
summary will be assigned a listing number. Interested
parties will request your Executive Summary using this
number. SCH will also provide the investor with your
contact information and notify you of all parties who have
requested your Executive Summary. Remember not to offer
securities for sale or solicit the sale of securities.
- Prepare a
100 - 200 word "opportunity profile" indicating
the essential attributes of your venture and the amount of
capital required. This document will be placed in Deal
Flow. These two items should be submitted to
SCH on a 3.5 inch floppy disk in ASCII, Word Perfect or
Microsoft Word format or via email. Photographic images of
the principals, company facilities or the product are
desirable. We also accept audio narrative and video
presentation that will be converted into streaming
multimedia presentations for on-demand viewing.
- Potential
investors will review your listing on the internet at
http://www.schco.com and in Deal Flow magazine.
- Submit a
check or money order to Skelton Carter Hall & Company
in the amount of $200 or you can make payment by VISA,
Mastercard or American Express along with your Executive
Summary, Opportunity Profile and our Management Consulting
Agreement. A copy of our Listing Agreement is available
upon request.
